Join the Perry/Johnson Band for an evening of of original pop/rock music by Jes Perry and Michael J. Johnson. Jes Perry’s music is lush, melody driven, singer/songwriter rock that pulls the listener in with pure, powerful vocals, layered harmonies, daring chord structures and distinctive melodic twists shot through with contemporary jazz and pop influences. Michael J. Johnson performs melodic guitar-driven rock with big vocal harmonies and dashes of funk and jazz. The band is rounded out by Jeff Perry on bass and vocals, Ani Johnson on vocals, and Michael Clarke on drums. $10 suggested donation at the door.

Michael J. Johnson will perform a set of his original material, with a backing band made up of Berklee professors and alumni: Rhia Foster, Rachel Gambiza, Dave Howard, Robbie Pate, Jeff Perry, and Jazz Robertson. The concert is free, and doors open at 7:15.
